Makes my blood boil!!!!

I am sure it's come out that this was twisted by the tabloids?

Bit I found when googling what happened. -
But Gascoigne’s manager Katie Davies told Standard Sport: “We should like to clarify that Paul’s comments are not an accurate reflection of his relationship with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, which has provided a huge amount of support to him over the years and always looks after its former players.

“In relation to the tickets, these were intended for associates of Paul and not for himself - Paul has never been charged by the club for a ticket to come to a match

The most important thing to remember is our stadium is really nice and our financial figures are some of the best in the world. Also remember that Daniel Levy really cares about the club because he goes to every game.

Whilst Ange deserves a lot of criticism, lets not forgot the football "genius" who appointed him, and decided to continue with him when he should've been sacked 2-3 months ago.

This clown has sacked managers at half time, a week before a cup final and also one who got us challenging the big boys. However, he has decided to back one of the worst managers we've had statistically for a long time.

This thread has been quiet for a while, and I really hope more protests are planned on Sunday. With rumoured interest from Qatar (yes i know the issues), and them finding Levy a difficult negotiator, the anger needs to be ramped up against Levy. Make the f**ker squirm in his seat at every game.

So no planned protests? I would have thought Sunday we do it again. Is it because of the Qatar rumours? I thought the last one was great but need far more of it until change is made.

I agree with everything you said but the reason why I don't think he's fired Ange is for 2 reasons.

1. Ange is almost certainly a Scott Munn suggestion and considering Levy supposedly stepped aside on these matters, I reckon he has actually held off slightly from making a call on firing him. Because.
2. Levy has boxed himself in. As you say, he's fired Jol at HT, he's fired the best coach we had, he's fired Jose before a cup final, he put Conte in a position he felt he could unload on the club after he didn't back him and he's made a bit of a song and dance about having a coach in charge that suits our way of playing.

To fire Ange last summer or during an injury crisis, puts a ton of pressure on him. This time there hasn't been a get out of jail card to play and if he takes that decision away from Munn and Lange, he means that he has nowhere to hide and everything anyone has ever said about how he meddles and is incompetent at football is all out in the open.

Therefore I think he's had no choice but to leave it and
1. Hope things get better.
2. Hope Ange shows he's out of his depth long enough so that he proves he can give a coach a fair chance and at the same time every fan wants the coach changing and everything else becomes secondary.

There is a planned protest, 6th April I believe. If you follow Change for Tottenham of X, they tweeted about it.

The financial results for the period ending 30th June 2024 will be released this month so there could be an update then about the search for new investment but I’m not holding my breadth.
