Hi guys

I'm a member who bought a ticket on ticket exchange for Fulham.

Turns out I've fractured my toe now so can't walk at the moment.

Thfc bounce back has said no refund because ticketexchange.

Therefore not left with many options but to try and send one my friends the QR code / ticket screenshot.

Has this worked for anyone before I tell my mates they can bring someone else?

I have had someone send me a screenshot of their QR code when they couldn't go and it's worked fine for me.

QR screenshot will work this season.

It's likely to change next season with the codes changing every few seconds in the app or wallet to prevent this.

Shame the club are inflexible about medical issues like this.

So next season make sure your mate sends it to you as you are literally walking to the gate. :cautious:

The QR code and seat details now appear in the Spurs app on mobile phones , if your mate is trust worthy you could give him your log in details for your account, he would then be able access the ticket in the Spurs app on his own phone to get in. Could always change your log in password after the match if you were worried about security.

I'm sure the club can see on their end how many devices are logged into a particular account.

Very easy to enable from a tech point of view.

Not sure it matters how many devices are logged in to one account on the Spurs app at the same time, I have the app on three different devices, had them all logged in at the same time without any problem and all are showing the QR code for tomorrow so in theory I should be able to get in on which ever device I choose to take.
