West Ham have announced that they're to install two new tiers of seats closer to their London Stadium pitch in time for the 2020-21 season.

'Is there any visualisation of this project?' asks someone (as if any graphical visualisation of what the OS would look like has ever resembled the ramshackle reality actually delivered).

To which 'shaun_thfc' has replied with this. I'm absolutely crying here...

For an alleged passionate fan base, they’ve taken the attempted destruction of their club very well.

Embarrassing really. Had we moved to Stratford I guarantee most of us would have lost our shit. I’d have stopped supporting the club and moved straight to the Phoenix club that would have sprung up immediately.

West Ham haven’t really done a thing about it all

True, they're not that passionate. West Ham are just a bunch of middle aged men, with skinheads wearing Lonsdale who are up for a scrap on the weekends after games. Most of their catchment area of fans will be absorbed by ourselves, arsenal, and the usual out of town UTD, City and Chelsea support.

I’d hope it would be a homemade hot air balloon that crashes into the centre circle causing the stadium to be engulfed in a dildo inferno.

I hope they do dildown.

The stadium will be so empty they’ll have to fill it up with blow up dolls.

Ah those sodding benches they used to make you lug about in PE.

As an adult you have reminded me of something I didn't know then and still don't know now - what are those little flappy rubber bits for on the ends of the bench? Still can't figure it out.

The hooks are for use on stuff like wall bars for making a sloped bridge. The bobbles are to protect it when you turn it upside down to make a thinner balance beam

you don’t think they’d have gone cheap with the purple carpets and not ensured they were nonflammable do you?

"The letter says that he breached regulations prohibiting the presence within the ground of anyone “who is or could (in the Operator’s reasonable opinion) constitute a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other person”.

Dear Mr Sullivan,
I find you annoying. Please ban yourself.
Regards.

Or they could do what a Norwegian club once did and make a banner with a picture of supporters at the ground and place it over the empty seats.

Didn't Arsenal do that as well?
