Does anyone know who's going to be paying for the stadium improvements that they're planning this summer?

My father in law is a hammer. I said to him I think West Ham will go down this season. He said its not looking too clever. Then delighted in telling him their next 7 fixtures. Oh fkin hell was the response lmao.

There is some decent players in their squad, Reid [is he still injured?], Diop, Antonio, Ogbonna, Yarmolenko, Anderson, Haller, Lanzini. They shouldn't be where they are, but after the next 7 they have, Newcastle Away, Burnley Home, Norwich Away, Watford Home, United Away Villa Home 3 of the current bottom 4 in the last 4 games. No wins in the last 5 could stretch to 7 if City and Liverpool do what we expect. I would def put money on the to go down.

They always seem to claw their way out of trouble and I expect them to this season. They do have some half decent players there, but for some reason they are a little bit arrogant when it comes to who they themselves see as important players.

They were raving about Yarmolenko, Fornals, Wheelchair, Anderson, Haller etc when all along Snodgrass and Antonio are probably their best players! They nearly always produce for them yet are the first ones the fans want out the team when the latest new toy turns up.

They do have horrific fixtures but so do a lot of teams. I've seen predictor sites saying they do down by a point. Same happens when I try to predict the matches.
Think 7 teams are still in a relegation fight. Palace seem to be unable to pick up any points.

This site is useful.

It could easily go down to their last game: WH v Villa.

So Manchester City versus West Ham has been postponed.

The glass half-full Hammers have received the news thus:

Good news IMO. Time for a couple more to get fit?

To which the glass half-empty Hammers came back with:

More likely, time for more to break down in training

:D

The optimists have got their calculators out and responded with:

In a few days, this will be our longest run without defeat.

:ROFLMAO:

But, to counter this, the pessimists have got their fixture lists out and responded with:

If Tottenham beat Norwich In the FA Cup, we’re gonna have to shoehorn that and Man City away in somewhere in the last 2-3 weeks of the season, as well as already having United away the penultimate weekend. We’re ****ed.

Which means we could be the team to send West Ham down...

Thinking about it this wind would give West Ham a much better chance of getting something from the game so I'm quite happy that it's been cancelled.

Ah, I’m glad you asked. About that, there may be a need to erm, you know look at how to finance the improvements to the state owned stadium. It’s a really wonderful place (you) and the legacy of the fantastic English Olympic performance from 2012 can (you will have to) almost be felt through the very foundations of the magnificent structure ( you are paying). The state of the art sliding scaffold seats and the plush claret carpets (You paid for these) give the customers the best in class experience in the heart of the capital. Of course these facilities don't come for free and all our tenants pay towards the upkeep and maintenance but as this is a legacy, the Olympic Stadium has a unique funding structure (you) that keeps us forever indebted to Gold, Silver and Bronze (aka GSB).

Roof structure would have to stay the same to keep the cost down. Isn’t there a rule that premier league seats have got to be covered?

I have genuine issues mocking West Ham at this present time, we all should.

Those caravans are getting a right hiding in this storm

We've got them in five games time haven't we? They won't be going down that early.
