Good, I hope they are relegated yet again and stay the fuck down there this time. I'll be glad of the peace and quiet from their yapping.
Read through a lot of that thread on KUMB. No idea why, must be getting bored of my worm farm.
A point that is missing from their discussion on the attendance of our Champions League games, which theyre constantly (correctly) referencing as being 32-33k, is that (and mistake me if I'm wrong) this is because 5+ rows from behind each goal had to be covered, as well as away fans not taking up all allocation and finally I'm sure that there wouldve been a lot of uefa/sponsor tickets allocated that didnt get taken up.
I'm pretty sure all our Europe games are nigh on impossible getting tickets to.
So what does getting the OS mean for WH?
They're pretty mixed on kumb.
So do they get a brand new stadium for free? Also are we (as tax payers) paying the £100m to renovate it? So do you think it will be bad for them? Will the running track mean they are miles from the pitch? Hard to know if the stadium will be half empty or if they'll be able to attract new fans. Will it make any difference if they get relegated?? If they do - I bet the tax payers will end up footing the bill.
It wouldn't surprise me if after a few years, they say the runnign track doesn't work and manage to get rid of it. Seems like WH have lucked out today.
Gold & Sullivan will be raking it in from selling UP.
