Should have had the courage of their convictions in dispensing of ten Hag's services after the Cup final instead of compounding the problem giving him a new deal and shit loads more to spend on his players.

In any case, good riddance to a miserable prick.

Shame. He was doing a great job.

If you take away all the games he doesn't want to count, like the defeats, or any games with supposed injustices, he won loads!!

One United fan who just called Talksport thinks Solskjaer should be given the job. I wholeheartedly agree.

The candidates are imo underwhelming. Xavi and Zidane although big names are not pedigree managers.

Current out of work available managers:

Zidane / Conceicao / Potter / Loew / Xavi / Allegri / Terzic / Moyes :) / Solskjaer :) / Southgate :) / Lampard :)

I think it will be one of the above or they will wait to the summer & try and get someone like Emery from Villa.

If Utd were smart they'd go for Amorim who's system would suit Utd's current personnel pretty well going 3 at the back.

Frank would be an interesting move as well but I can see a world whereby Eddie Howe goes there.

Howe would be a good bet, what with Ashworth already there and their previous working relationship. Will Ratcliffe want to pay the buy out for him though?
