I don’t think they’ll win the league this year. Regardless of last nights win there’s something different about this city team that’s just not convincing. My money is on Liverpool which for us 80’s child’s is vomit inducing but at least it wouldn’t be arse.
The injuries are really starting to build up for Liverpool. With games coming thick and fast and them still being in 3 competitions it will take its toll on them,

Should we be looking at trying to get Jack Grealish in the summer? Hardly getting a sniff now and City and surely he wants to play. He'd be great out on the left wing for us, kind of player I love to see play for Spurs.
Never goes past anybody, not exactly rapid, hardly scores a goal. The image is far more than the talent.
Its a no from me

I like grealish, I think spurs would be a good fit for him, he would have more freedom.

his a bit of a lad / character his a bit like Maddison in a lot of ways.

i don’t think we should sign him and I don’t think he would come but I think he would make us even more entertaining

A lot of these players are going to have to accept big step downs in wages at the end of their current contracts as FFP bites.

I'm sure he'd love to go back to Villa but they're going to struggle for wages. Very few teams outside of Saudi can afford these players and teams are going to be a lot more discerning with who they pay premium wages to.

He's alright - decent player, seems a good lad, shit hair - but not someone we should really be thinking about.

Too old, too little end product, too expensive, not a good enough engine for the system. Wish him the best but he's not for us. Probably would've been great for Poch 5 years ago.

Grealish was superb last season, key player in Man City's treble so idk what people are talking about. Not been as good this season but he's had injuries too. Better player than Doku for me

I think what rankles with Grealish is how much Guardiola has changed him. Villa Grealish was one of the most fun footballers to watch in the entire league, now he's still obviously good but feels like just a cog in the machine. The tricks, dribbles and spontaneous creativity have pretty much disappeared.
