I quite enjoyed that.
Surely we all agree that we'd rather Spurs win something than England.

And when it comes to identity, I feel like a Londoner. England, with its wealth and rolling hills, village squares, church spires and fear of strangers has nothing to do with my life.
The guy wants Independence for Liverpool - well I want independence for London. The country as a whole is becoming ungovernable because of these deep divisions.

It's ok, he'll change his tune when Troy Parrott pledges his future to England shortly

Tottenham over England everyday of the week.

London? Smelly for the most part and given the make up of the city, is probably the most divisive place in the UK!

He blames everything on the weather ?

I know Liverpool is a shithole and all that but it's not like Dortmund is exactly this sun-soaked riviera either and you never heard him moan about the weather there. The weather in NW Germany is very similar to the UK. Hopefully it's just a cheap excuse to soften the blow when he fucks of to Real Madrid in the summer or something and Liverpool can go back to being shit.

When you read RAWK, it's often difficult to remember that Liverpool are the team of Salah...

That’s as clear a dive as you’re ever going to see.

Are the team of Henderson and Milner

How Mertens can spend 95 minutes whining at the ref without caution is beyond me.

Were the team of Suarez...

Cheating and racism. Lots the Italians have going for themselves at the moment.

And are the team who lost to Napoli, Red Star Belgrade, PSG, Barcelona, Chelsea, Wolves and Manchester City last season.

Were....were we beaten? Forgot what that felt like.

Honestly, if there was a trophy for the most self-aware fans, the Liverpool fans would claim it every time. That's how unaware they are...

Oh, and in case you think I'm over-egging it a bit, I've just read this...

It'd just be nice if, when it came to penalties, we'd occasionally get the odd jammy one for us, too.

That tweet looks even worse when you look at the players Liverpool had on the bench.:
  • 5 Wijnaldum
  • 6 Lovren
  • 12 Gomez
  • 15 Oxlade-Chamberlain
  • 20 Lallana
  • 23 Shaqiri
  • 62 Kelleher
There's some good players there, but no strikers who you could bring on and expect to score.

It’s why we desperately need an injury or suspension to one or two of their strikers. They seem to be immortal though.

Agree. They showed at the weekend how important Firmino is to them. When he isn't playing Mane and Salah seem to drop a level. If he picks up a knock and is out for a run of games they'll be much less potent.
