The most amazing thing about this is that Liverpool fans actually thought Trent, VVD & Salah were all going to sign extensions.

It's not like the club and player simply forgot to do their due diligence and haven't had a chance to put a contract on the table. This will have been a hot topic between the club and their agents for the last 18 months if not longer.
