With rumours of them getting

Ndidi
Chillwell
Havertz
Bailey

We will be nowhere near them next year

Think through the likelyhood of these and the realism that they need to offload 6/7 to fit in the ones they've already bought.

No way Leicester will sell both.

According to Raph H on today's O&C pod, there have been no bids for Havertz and Leverkeusen are sticking to €100m.

Bailey hasnt progressed, stats not great, agent pushing for PL move, Ornstein says City/Utd interest, but i doubt it.

Well it might mean we have a decent chance of Willian on a free and maybe getting Zouma who would be a great signing for us imo

I can't really laugh at Chelsea at the moment, so I will instead point out that Pulisic has an unfeasibly large Adams Apple!

Giroud can’t seem to stop scoring for them at the moment.

From being out of favour on brink of leaving and not being able to get a goal it just goes to show how odd football can be.

Form really is a strange thing.

To be fair he has always been a very good player

It’s just so odd how hot and cold his goal scoring is though!

He didn’t score a single goal in World Cup and yet he’s been scoring every game since re-start, strikers goal scoring form really is a a strange thing!

I‘m sure Mount and Hudson-Odei will be thrilled about this lol...

It really is weird how Chelsea continue to pull off these kinda signings.

I may be overly ignorant on such matters but i'd imagine it's simply a case of bribing/threatening/paying off everyone needed to make it happen. There's a reason their transfers always go through quickly and without a hitch. Along with city they're the club version of uefa/fifa/cas.

It‘s just disgraceful.

The money they’ve thrown around this summer already and idiot parents still take the dirty money and sacrifice their kids careers letting them join them.

Such a dirty cheating club.

I don't disagree with the sentiment and the reality of previous financial doping, but as yet all they've done is managed to retain some value in money already spent on Morata and use it towards Werner. Ziyech paid for by other sales.

This deal hasn't happened, the main reason is that they will have to get a lot of players out, the numbers they have are unsustainable even with Pedro leaving they will have 18 players for 6 positions. Bakayoko/Drinkwater still have 2 years left.

Havertz won't happen unless Bats, Barkley, Willian, Bakayoko, Drinkwater and possibly Jorginho/Kante are loaned/sold. Plus the new loan limits come in this season, maximum of 8 over 22yo.

Exactly, can’t stand them but they have the Hazard and Morata money to spend plus a few other fringe players amounting to the best part of £200m that they pulled in while serving their transfer ban.
