Its hard to judge overall performance as this leicester side will finish bottom
Based on what? Oh ur opinion, fair enough, I thought Ipswich were gonna finish bottom? Who by the way pushed United hard at Old Trafford.

Well obviously it's my opinion....

Do I need to state after every post "in my opinion" to remove any ambiguity?

Just watched the sky mini highlight - Porro twice left Vardy on his own - one for the goal then another for the shot saved. Just a bit sloppy & switched off

First half very good, guilty of over playing at times, and a clear lack of killer instinct. We were too comfortable dominating without scoring. Not enough cut-throatedness from our forwards. Subs came too late in the second half, but I think more than enough really positive signs.

This kind of defending infuriates me. Why is everyone looking at the ball. VDV, Sarr and Romero should be focused on the players in the box. It is so bad defending. Only player focusing the ball there should be Udogie!

Its that new season optimism that's the kicker, realistically we've signed a cpl potentially good 18 year olds, and a slightly above average striker. Plus the winger.

Huge upgrades are needs on Bentancur and Sarr. You need a world beater in those positions.

Son is sad to see, should have cashed in.

I don't think we'll see much difference from last year. There doesn't seem to be anyone who has time and composure on the ball, no one i'd look to for a 40 yard defence splitting pass. Its the same idea over and over, wriggle out way down to the by line and cut it back. Teams will wise up to that in no time.

He’s blocking Moore which ever way you look at it. Moore plays much better on the right than Werner- that can’t be disputed from what we’ve seen. Moore has made a name for himself on the left, and we don’t know what his ceiling is in that position in actual senior gameplay. Ange talks about being brave but he bottled having Moore on the bench - it looked like the perfect match to have him available. We went from having a lovely balance in the first half to looking totally disorganised in the second.
You need to manage your expectations a bit - Moore has only just turned 17 and although he will get minutes for us this season I'm sure he is probably not quite ready for regular first team football right now. He will get his chance though. Werner isn't 'blocking Moore' at all - for a start Werner is on loan, he is also an established premier league and international player.

People are letting their hatred of Werner spoil their brains.

Surely Vardy was Romero's man and he just ran away from him for no reason leaving Porro stranded
Yea. As I typed it I thought the same; but seeing the highlights Porro could’ve made a dash. You’re right tho in saying Romero left his man

Exactly. Bergvall, Gray, Odobert, and Moore are all teenagers. Three of them have never played at this level, and one only has a few months of Premier League experience with one of last season's worst teams. They could all become huge stars for us in the near future, but we need to be patient. Expecting Ange to field a team where nearly half the outfield players are teenagers would be asking a lot.
