3 owners actually sounds familiar, Jerry. Personally I don't have a bloody clue what the story is with him, all I know is that Internacional seem to be complete & utter twats.

I remember reading that all his family owned a piece of him last year.

Damiao still avalible. Got a feeling might go in for him on the last day.

If we do then getting all the people that have some stake in the transfer might be difficult and time consuming. Hopefully we know all these 3rd parties when it comes to the last day of the window.

Also I don't watch any Brazilian league football but I would imagine that Soldado would be first choice just going on each players age and experience of European football and Damiao would be used in rotation.

Which actually might be good as it would give Damiao time to settle into life at Spurs and his new surroundings.

But if this was to happen I'd imagine we would have to loan out Kane again (so he gets some game time) and another striker would have to leave (to help cover the transfer fee and not have too many strikers fighting over 1 spot in the first 11).

I still think he'd be a good choice for another striker, he and Soldado poses more of a threat than Adebayor and Defoe. Any team with aspirations of challenging for the title needs at least two strikers of good quality. Damiao may not be top class but he's pretty good. Him, Soldado and Defoe would be a strong strikeforce.

Yes, and don't forget that depending on the form of Ade/Defoe (which is sporadic at best), we really really need a support striker for Soldado. Damiao would be perfect.
There is no way we can make it (even through the first few weeks) with just 1 stable quality striker.
Ultimately it doesn't have to be Damiao, but considering the alternatives, he would preferable imo.

IMO i think later on he will be considered but i believe bridges have been burnt as they used us to TRY and get a bigger 'deal'.

I doubt it.
IMO, if bridges are so easily burnt in this business, we would have terminated our so-called "gentlemen's" agreement with RM (for an example). Because they've been resorting to all kinds of dirty tactics which serve their interests (and they still owe us a balance of 14 million on Modric on top of that).
I think we're just as likely to renew negotiations with Internacional as we would with any other club, imo.

not really tottenham related but i've heard a very strong rumour that Liverpool have bid for Leandro D.
Please let them get him and give up on Willian, he doesn't fit their system and I think he will be a very underwhelming player. Doesn't make sense though as Sturridge is their main striker and works well in the system.
