Kyle Walker-Peters lived the dream last season. Now he’s back to reality - and what he sees as a ‘new chapter’ in his Spurs career. Kyle grew up in the shadow of White Hart Lane. He used to play football with his mates in the streets around Tower Gardens, N17, dreaming of stepping out at the famous stadium around the corner.

One of the most baffling things last season was the way KWP was constantly overlooked when we obviously had some major issues at RB. Whatever that was about, I hope it's sorted out this year because, when he does get on the pitch, he's been pretty impressive for a lad with so little experience.

agree, he really should have got more game time against the lesser teams, (I know there is no easy games) it was very strange.

Dele alli played when he was a kid. Luke shaw played when he was a kid. If hes good enough hes old enough. Obviously he did not impress poch enough to play.
