Gotta say, whilst this likely to be a re-hash of the story from the summer, I do think this would be a smart signing.

Gameiro is quick and a good finisher and unlike either Kane or Llorente in style. If we could get him on a loan with an option to buy I think it would be a good addition.

I remember seeing Gameiro play in the Toulon tournament a few years back and he looked decent but it was a very low standard of football if i'm being honest. Kevin-Prince Boateng also played in that tournament and looked an absolute world beater .

Makes sense if Llorente was to go, he's behind Costa, Torres and Greizmann at Atletico so he'd a least get a bit more game time here.
