Considering we all know a striker is high on the shopping priority list, I would be pretty surprised that "Spurs do not yet have a firm attacking target in mind". I would imagine we have a short shortlist of who we really want but have put enquiries out to many more just to put the feelers out of plan B options should they be available.

Jay/Ryantegan is not ITK anymore nor does he claim to be. He used to get info when Harry was here as I believe he had links to him through his work. He was just responding to the Ornstein info like any other Spurs fan. He might get bits of info from other ITKs but he will still react to news like the rest of us.

I think ENIC have done a lot for the club, no doubt about it, but the majority of that has been in building up their investment. There were no expenses spared on the capital projects, but they same doesn't seem to apply on the pitch. I do believe Levy cares and wants to win trophies, the 'problem' is that that ambition is not often backed up in the transfer market to the extent of many other PL clubs (when you look at net spend and wages to turnover). I don't think you can blame any fan from wanting more, I'm sure Mr Levy himself would admit he's made many mistakes in the past.
