Don’t worry he’ll be well fit for the Euros?

The price of any replacement striker just went up ten fold?

Parrott is his replacement.

Just like what Jose said few minutes ago about troy: "I think too soon. I think one thing is potential and another thing is conditions to express potential and I think he needs time. Having minutes, being involved is one thing."
"Another thing is what you call the direct replacement. To be that he needs to work. [Then talk about Kane and Abraham's developments]"

"When you are 17 you are a baby. 17 you just have to be in your father club where you feel at home, where you are at home, where you train and develop with the first team. Where some minutes will arrive like it happened against Burnley, and step by step but not in a situation where we see Harry Kane is injured and Parrott is the man to resolve our problems."

Until we sign a viable back up to give him a rest once in a while we will run him into the ground every season and it will threaten his career.
Bit late for that. He's already gone from being world class to simply good with the ankle injuries.

I dont think we need to buy anyone but can get a loan for someone like Alcacer. I see he wants a loan move from Dortmund, whilst he is different from Kane, he is a decent finisher and offers something else.

Son is more than capable to cover for long periods, he has proved that before.

However we need a new striker regardless.

Son can, but I would also argue that he may need to be rested at times and also we then lose him playing from the left.

Even Southgate overplays him.

So many players were rotated in recent internationals but not a Kane, he started both lol.

Even though we also have Abrahams now.

I know Kane wants to start every match but some managers need to use their brains and show some balls and look after him a bit more, even if he doesn’t want to be looked after.

Llorente was dogshit.

True, but the we didnt play to his strengths (proper wide players getting balls in the box) and we also never gave him many opportunities.

So we’ll never know if he could have been better.

What is with this shit? Clock work.

He must be pissed off but he seems happy enough being England's Top Lad so there's that.

Who else at this level is constantly crocked?

Fucking pissed off with the state of the team, such a malaise.

He’s like a Spanish Defoe in that he’s good at snaffling chances but his hold up play is so poor his team comes under more pressure than it should.

Kevin De Bruyne’s missed a load more matches than Kane in the last few years. Bale? Neymar? They’ve all had more injuries than Kane. The difference is their clubs have deep squads.

Yep we don't have the cover for Kane. Son can do a job, but he's not a direct replacement for Kane & until we get someone who can do a similar job to Harry we'll always struggle to keep him fit & cover for his absence.

Hopefully he can at least be back for the CL in 6 weeks.

I’ve resigned myself to being mid table in the league anyway.

Is there any indication on time frame here? The clubs statement is pretty useless. Where’s the football manager style exact recovery time!? That game needs to update it’s handling of that: your physio reports that your player is out for an unspecified amount of time. Far more realistic.
