I find it interesting the amount of high profile loan deals that are now being done across many clubs. Probably a sign that the market is feeling the strain of high fees for transfers and risk taking becoming thought through.

Creative accounting, too, I bet.

Also, I don't know if players/agents get the same bonuses/cuts, or get to negotiate new wages for loans.

Ricardo Rodriguez signs for Fenerbahce on loan with a buy of 5m euros.

That is mad.

Holy fuck he's only 27? I seriously had him pegged as about 35, thought he'd been around ages.

What a weird career move, and for that price

Hes a brilliant left back at least before he went to Milan. He really was one of the best.

Are there any Milan watching fans that can tell me why he's gone for so little?

Ashley Young to Inter has been off and then on again for over a week, but seems to have gone over the line now.

No idea what Inter want him for.

He has played 5 games this season. They have Theo Hernandez who has been playing really well. Rodriguez chose between Fenerbache and PSV in the end, sounds like he has regressed from when AC bought him.

But hes played 70 odd games in total so it must only be this season that he's not played much.

They got Hernandez this season I think. I'm guessing Rodriguez are on some big wages, for them.

He fought off Diego Laxalt last season despite them bringing him due to Rodriguez decline in form and wanted more coverage. Theo Hernandez as mentioned a couple of times already, has been the best LB this season. Banging goals and really being all that Rodriguez used to be - offensive LB.

There's also some rumors circulating that Milan want to bring back Laxalt if Rodriguez goes out on loan/transfer

Havertz to Liverpool a done deal for next season? Hopefully it’s bollocks.

Ridiculous to think we were ahead of them 18 months ago?

Biggest swing in difference between two clubs for sometime ( at that level )

Nabil Bentaleb having medical at Newcastle.
They seemingly always rotate a bit at CM. And they just lost 2 defenders for the year. Not sure another CM is what they needed especially when he gets pissed at not playing. He got sent to Shalke reserves last March and hasnt played since
