Wirtz is a class player, but players tend to look a lot better in the German league. Sancho is a good reference point for this.

If Wirtz makes the transition, Liverpool have a very good asset for the next 8+ seasons!

That amount is insane. Didn't think he was that good to justify that price
He's a huge talent but the price is crazy. Personally I would have chosen to save money and gone for Simons, Cherki or Yildiz. Wirtz's numbers are very impressive on paper but when you look closer you realise a lot of his goals and assist are against weaker teams plus he had that nasty ACL that put him out for a season. He could well be a 100 plus mil player in the future but too much for me. The PL will be a big step for him.

Win the PL and strengthen when at a position of strength. You just know if by some miracle we win the league Levy would think these players just won the league they can do it again next season so no need to buy anyone.
I can’t see us getting anywhere near Pool, City or even Arsenal this season.

Werner a very obvious example that smashing it in Bundesliga doesn't always translate to the PL.

£100M+ is a MASSIVE gamble, but credit to Liverpool for being ambitious.
