That transfer is absolutely mad. Shocked he didn't take the Saudi bag for 2 years rather than go turkey for 1 year

Oshimen and his agent overplayed their hand. They didn't read the market well enough, no big club had the funds and desire to sign him yet he burnt his bridges at Napoli and has now ended up in the retirement home of turkey.
He's included in a clause that he can leave in January if a club comes in for him but realistically who would do that when they couldn't/wouldn't during the summer?

This one should act as a cautionary tale to players and agents. It also shows how limited the market is for players at the very top wage bracket

This just feels like he is biding his time till next year he can go to Chelsea no questions asked. Although now that i write that out I think Chelsea agreed a fee with napoli but refused to match his current wages and he refused to take a pay cut?

Burnt his bridges? Didn’t they racially abuse him via social media or similar?

I’m sort of surprised he wasn’t happy to sit with the kids and watch the money roll in, but fair fucks if he really wants to play.

Memphis depay still a free agent...

Not sure there's a single one of those I'd touch. I'd imagine both Depay and Rabiot would want astronomical wages, so are probably Saudi-bound.

The rest aren't worth the squad place. (Cries in Dele).

All about filling up his bank account and his pension plan.

He was reportedly earning a substantial €4,600,000 per year at Ajax, which is a salary most can only dream of. To reach that amount with a salary of €100,000 per year, it would take 46 years. But of course, his earnings in Saudi Arabia will far surpass what he was making at Ajax.
