The NLD meant that we improved on both points and GD compared to last year's meeting at the Emirates.

Next game is at home to Crystal Palace, a game we won 2-0 (the first league game @ NWHL).

----------------------

Our current points projection based on last season is 70 pts.

Finally back with some league football, best performance of the season. Improves our goal difference by 2.

Next game is Leicester away which we won 2-0 last season.

Next game is Southampton at home, which we won 3-1 last season.

The coming three games were games we won last year. Big risk of losing even more ground.

Current point projection 67 pts.

Grim reading lately.

After Leicester and Brighton we are now -7 points and -7 GD compared to the corresponding fixtures last season.

Our current points projection is 64 pts which has been good enough for 7th, 6th and 7th the last three seasons.

and actually better than what I would have guessed. considering how many points we dropped at the end of last season there is actually time to turn it around, though no signs of doing so.

Well.

In November and December we have 10 games coming up where we won every single game last season. That means our projected points can't go up and neither can our +/- points...

I think the projection will drop a lot further before the end of the year and 64 points will seem like a distant dream!

I think we’ll finish 8th

Fuck me this is tragic reading. We are 13 points behind what we had last season at this stage.

We've managed to score 1,5 goals per game while conceding 1,42 goals per game.

Last season we had scored 1,67 goals per game and conceded 0,75 goals per game at current round. That includes games against Man U, Man city and Liverpool.

Over the entire season we scored 1,76 goals per game and conceded 1,03 goals per game.

Updated. Despite two wins, it hasn't affected our points compared to last season.

In December we have 6 games where we picked up all 18 points last season. We can't improve on our points projection which currently is at 58 pts.

This is useful to have so people can stay calm (yeah, I know) when our current scarily low points projection stays steady or drops slightly.

We will start upping the projected end of season points total after this month when we start playing fixtures we didn’t win last season.

There were quite a few of those, so we have lots of opportunities to improve... (y)
