Football is and always will be at it's heart a simple game, Sherwood for me does just that, keeps it simple and uncomplicated.

Whether he along with Franco can find the right players, select the right ones and motivate them remains to be seen, but I'm enjoying his simplistic straight forward approach.

Yes there was. During one camera close up Sherwood was seen scratching his head...... a 666 could be clearly made out on his scalp.

Comes across well in the press conferences i've seen so far. Probably the first time since Martin Jol's tenure that I honestly don't expect our manager will say something stupid or embarrassing.

If he can get the team to perform as well on the pitch i'll be happy.
