Fix one of the few things that can be objectively measured for referees. Added time.

Have specific times allowed for goal kicks, throw-ins, corners, celebrating goals etc.

This gets added in realtime (e.g. minute intervals) so that players, managers and fans in the sofa and stadium know what's going on throughout the game.

Salary caps or some way to try and make it fairer. Let’s see what Pep can achieve with the same standard of players that Crystal Palace or Everton have.

VAR in the bin and accept Lino’s and refs make mistakes.

Stop time wasting by only playing 60mins but the clock stops when not in play.

Retroactive bans for cheating the ref that gets missed at the time.

Punish players who abuse and harass the ref - 5 min sin bin for first attempt, then sent off for a second.

Head injuries being treated a default concussion, so the player has to go off to be assessed rather than stopping the whole game 10 times as part of time wasting.

I’m sure there’s more, but that’ll do for now.

- Goal line technology to stay
- Offside technology to be implemented (the semi automated version being used at the Euros)
- The rest falls on the ref to decide
- Only captains can talk to the ref in game
