The teams are the wrong way round in the banner*. I was optimistic about the match but after seeing that, I see no way we're going to win now.

* unless that's just some convention here of always putting us above.

Should be the other way.

Zero chance we’re walking out of this with a win. A few players might stay in the dressing room. Eriksen might be too scared to leave the hotel(although that would actually be the best thing to ever happen to us)

If you need military presence at your home games, then you should be thrown out of the competition until the fans can behave.

Aurier and Winks not in squad. Poch said Aurier's absence isn't connected with Sunday but that he's not injured. WTF is going on with our squad.

He always rotates fullbacks, I thought most would be happy that Winks hasn't travelled as a lot have deemed him not good enough.

Agree. Most people wanted Aurier and Winks out of the team. They should be happy.

I see Kane has travelled. Hopefully he will be fit for this.

Aurier would be a ticking time bomb in that kind of environment, Poch maybe doesn’t trust him to keep his cool hence why he hasn’t travelled

I'm the only vote out of 51 for "goalless draw". Are the odds 50/1 then? :)

If Kane's fit again, which I wasn't counting on, I'm upgrading my prediction to 1-0, with Kane scoring the goal. Looking at the space Belgrade gave him last time, this will the kind of game in which he can make a decisive individual difference, even if the team is completely underperforming.

I know they're going to be a different prospect at home - different tactics and just all-around better - but I don't see how their defenders are suddenly going to become competent at staying tight to their man. I really hope Harry is able to play -- at least to come on and snatch a goal if needed.

Now this is cool. Imagine walking down there back in the days when Serbia were know as 'Yugoslavia' and you had the old firms between Dinamo Zagreb and Red Star Belgrade. That's when you really needed that tunnel to get the fuck out of there ASAP.

Win tonight and it would take an almighty spursing to not qualify. I couldn't see red star or olympiakos getting the 6 points required to overtake us.

Should be enough of an incentive

Probably just the usual full back rotation. I guess that means that Foyth starts tonight. And Rose.

Hopefully Lo Celso will finally get a start tonight, but I'm not sure if Poch will risk it in such a big crunch fixture. He needs to be brave.

God I hope we win this. We really need a lift.

Me too. I thought we played Bayern next but it’s the last fixture. If we lose tonight then conceivably we could have a similar situation to last year when we needed to go to Barcelona to get a point. Its a very important game for getting out the group.

I’m expect the usual drama though this evening. It won’t be a walk in the park and hopefully our players don’t think that because we won 5 nil at home that we will stroll to a win.

I've predicted a win but a draw wouldn't be the end of the world. The atmosphere is obviously going to be quite something so I think it's important that we get and keep the ball - real shame Winks isn't there for this.

A win basically sees us through as long as Bayern beat Olympiacos, as we’d go 4 ahead of them and 6 ahead of the Greeks. Even if we lost both remaining games, Belgrade would have to win both as 4 points would leave them level at best with us and losing out on the head to head. Then just a draw at home to Olympiacos would do it, while Belgrade are away to Munich next.
