Tottenham could be set to move for unhappy Juventus forward Fabio Quagliarella at the end of the season.

It has been reported the 29-year-old has fallen out with Juve coach Antonio Conte and is now set on departing the Old Lady at the end of the current campaign, and Spurs are already believed to have made enquiries along with several clubs in Russia.

The Italian international has only been at Juventus since 2010, having represented a host of Serie A clubs throughout his career and has been enjoying a good season in Turin, scoring nine goals in all competitions, including netting in both games against Chelsea in the Champions League.

But it appears Quagilarella’s dispute with Conte is one which cannot be resolved and Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas could be set to take full advantage of the situation if the Italian side will sanction the striker’s departure at the end of the season.

I would be very surprised if Juve let him go as he has been brilliant for them, more chance that Hulk leaves Zenit tbh

I would be excited by this solely because of the fact that he scored my favourite goal of the last World Cup.

Superb at the best of times, but given that Italy were seconds away from elimination the calmness and skill involved are unreal.

He wouldn't be the worst buy as he's a clever player and scores too
