Hopefully this will mean that utd take Ten Hag into the new season only to fire him in november or something

Man for man our squad at the moment is better than utds. So I'm not really sure the lack of cups can be laid at Levy's door.

I don't think the managers have been taking them seriously enough, Ange included.
It’s clearly not an objective set to do well in otherwise managers would have made more of an effort.

We could have easily done what Utd did today , when we played them the other week .

They are that arrogant. They think they just have to turn up .to win football matches .

the reality is if your brave enough to get at there back line that bar walker doesn’t have that much pace .

You can I think.

He's the one who wanted this club in the CL for a financial stand point.

It has been treated as the holy grail.
Poch used to say clearly that the clubs priorities were always league and cl, cups weren't important. I'm quite certain the subsequent manager have been told the same.

We sacked a final specialist the week before we played one, FFS.

I never want to here "we need xyz to win a trophy" again.

The worst United team of the last 2 decades just won the FA cup with two youth players.

We can win any trophy we want if we have the same attitude they had today.

Huh, just noticed Kovacic was playing today - genuinely didn't notice, did he even get a touch?

I understand our fans frustrations when poor teams like United, Arsenal and Wigan winning F.A. Cups more recently than we have.

You can’t deny they have had some luck though like United had against Coventry.

Of course there's some form of luck. You need to get six consecutive results and that is never easy. All it takes is a bad draw, a bad ref decision, or a goal keeper to have a worldie. But with Spurs they just don't know up mentally. You can tell 20 minutes in that they often don't seem to be interested.

Pretty ridiculous that Spurs categorically cannot ever win a single trophy, or even get close, but this dog-awful United side can win both cups in two seasons.

Lowest League finish since 89/90 and they still won an FA Cup - we are hopeless, there is just nothing about us really as a club

United’s set-up wasn’t too dissimilar to ours against City couple of weeks back. Basically a box midfield and 2 wide men.
Won’t be the last time we see teams try that.

Is he? He said the firing of Marc Overmars by Ajax was outrageous, a man who harassed women and sent unsolicited dick pics to them. Anyone supporting that kind of person is not a decent man.
I didn't know that. Thank you for correcting me.

Today proves that having faith in youth can pay off.

I was highly critical of Garnacho after watching him at OT several times earlier in the season, but it goes to show what happens when you consistently play your young players - something we have been woeful at in the past ten years.

Devine, Scarlett, Soonsup-Bell, Lankshear, Phillips, Donley are all the same age or older than Garnacho and Mainoo.

Time we started playing a few of them more often, I think.

Our record of bringing through young players from our own academy is diabolical.
