The FA, Premier League and English Football League are currently planning to finish the 2019/20 season behind closed doors over a period of four to six weeks starting in July.

All emphasis currently is on finishing the season and therefore avoiding the potential ramifications of an unfinished competition, including hundreds of millions of pounds in lost revenue for clubs.

Total nonsense.

People putting forward plans like Neville. We have no idea how long this will last and we have no idea if the virus will diminish once we get out of isolation.

By all means have provisions in place but that's it. Whilst nurses and doctors are needed and need support we shouldn't even be considering removing them from their duties. Once this is over those nurses and doctors will need time off themselves and they'll have fully deserved it.

Seeing the seriousness of it all it does not seem fair to put the players and staff at risk even if behind closed doors. It feels right to void the season.

How are you going to "void the season" JAY2040? Giving the Prem. title to Liverpool is the easy part
