Both him and Mourinho have fallen off big time, glad it wasn't just us.
You can’t judge on one game but the atmosphere he’s creating at clubs is pure misery from day 1 now.

It’s right to put pressure on the board to do business in the market but he’s clearly not a positive influence in the round these days.

I swear all he ever does is moan. Sometimes you need to just get on with it and do your best. Instead he talks in a manner which is more negative. He should learn to be more professional and diplomatic. Just because something is true, doesn't mean you'll benefit from talking about it so bluntly. Many people don't respond to that kind of criticism, as a manager he needs to learn that, and adapt. Which he seems to be unwilling to do.

Classic Antonio. Grumpy old man isn’t he

I am still adamant that his football is actually exciting when it's at full throttle.

Chelsea and Inter fans will atest to that and we saw it back end of 2021/22.

However, his high volatility just makes him such a massive risk. You have to bow to every demand which isn't realistic at all.

He got our squad obscenely fit during his first season too.

Do you remember how trim Kane looked under him (and he has never exactly been chubby in any way).

I also remember the initial buzz he gave the players and watching him in training how he was getting stuck in and inspiring the players.

Then he went off the deep end unfortunately, just not suited for us and the kinda players we usually recruit I‘m afraid (he’s also shown at other clubs he can be very difficult when it comes to recruitment).

His 3-4-3 system also clearly didn’t work in the English league - it probably worked at Chelsea as he had Kante, who had already shown during Leicester’s title-winning season he could do work of two players allowing them also to play 4-4-2 without being swamped and overrun in midfield.

That's a good summary. I think when all buy in, it can be excellent but it either doesn't last or is difficult to get there because he is so volatile and kicks off at the smallest thing.

I loved his first 6 months but for me he seems to just moan about not buying instead of coaching what he has. He was lucky we had Son and Kane already in my opinion or he would have struggled way more. I would be surprised if Conte survives until the end of the season. The man is toxic.

It's all rosey now yeah.

He lost the plot before the season started, once they have a few bad results he will again.
