Agents will be hoping to tag bigger fees than normal on free transfers & loan deals. The monstrous fees they enjoyed on permanent transfers will probably be no more for a bit. I could even see capped agent fees per club per window proposals gain traction within the ranks. The higher transfer fees and higher wages will come back before agent fees IMO and that probably wont even be for 3-4 years.
My heart bleeds for them.

Did anyone know about lake Nona ? I knew Tavistock did property had no idea they literally built a city. I’d guess an estimation of £4bn on Joe Lewis wealth is very much on the low side. That development alone must be worth more.

Its a community in Orlando in development by Tavistock. I believe they’ve got a bunch of medical research facilities there and there own golf course.

Outside of that, i dont know but id imagine it being a snobby, wealthy area that could be a bit stepford wives-ish.

Yeah I nearly stopped at Zionist lobby but there are quite a few other articles and the bases of the story is documented fact. There’s clearly some elaboration in there, but still a fascinating read purely for the fact I had no idea he had a small principality in Argentina.

After doing quite a lot of reading today. I’m quite shocked by the scale of Tavistock projects. Lake Nano is almost a city, The Albany in Bahamas is a vast complex with many buildings on 600 acres, The Patagonia site is huge with plans to build a massive luxury complex, also plans for a complex on Boston waterfront. The idea you get is when they build they build big. You can almost envisage the plan for Tottenham was to have the Stadium as the centre piece and build round it. Which they look like doing with the hotel flats and the other 2 large plots opposite the stadium. I think I may be a bit more cynical than I was 24 hours ago.

I mean, isn't that the literal plan for the stadium and surrounding area as per all the promotional pieces put out?

Yes it is, but could it only be one small part of a much larger plan/vision? I don't know, but I wouldn't rule it out, the mega rich will always control us peons. Freedom is never free, regardless of political thought or affiliation. Do you have a credit card, bank account, mortgage, car loan, job?

I'm still very uncomfortable with references to a 'Zionist lobby' though. I am not suggesting that there is no legitimacy in relation to the points being made about Joe Lewis and his activities in that region but it's the inference that somehow there is an aim to spread 'Jewish influence' in the region that makes me uncomfortable as it gets into the area of classic tropes.

Who is David Pearl ? He’s listed in articles today as our Vice President? And worth £500m I’ve never heard of him. It’s on his wiki page as well.
