The new magnificent 7. 7 years later, only Lamela remains from the old magnificent 7!

Eriksen was great. Other than that was a disappointment (sorry but coco was).
Not for me. Lamela is a key player in this current squad, and I have always rated him as so. Its all subjective anyway

Not knocking him, i like him. But when we bought him our expectations were a lot higher than what he has so far achieved.

Why’s he looking so smug. He’s only signed 7 quality players....seriously get a grip Levy.

Have a day off mate
Our defence did mate. Against the might of Waste Ham of all people. At home. Now then, if only we signed that proven, quality centre back that we have been waiting on for two years instead of pennypinched hey?

3rd in the league and storming, or 8th and humiliated? Nah, prob not worth the extra few mill for Skriniar after 2 years and counting, right?

Remember being really excited about the original (sad bale left). Hopefully these have more of an impact. Eriksen was great. Other than that was a disappointment (sorry but coco was).
I have no doubt they will as we seem to have nailed the mentality part of these signings. All appear to have either the experience or strength of mind, as well as the ability, to cope with the Premiership.

What I have to say to ENIC is that after the Everton game I was wondering how many would not renew their season ticket but now I am wondering if we are going to need a bigger stadium . Well done ENIC credit where and when it is due .

I agree BUT

Had they strengthened the squad at certain other times over their management, how many more trophies might we have in the cabinet?

I thought Chadli was a good player.

Fair play to Levy and Enic. Been a very good transfer window. Always said they needed to back Jose after bringing him in as manager and they have done that. Now its fully over to Jose to show what he can do with this squad.

One thing though hope lessons have been learned from previous transfer windows and we wont have any more summer transfer windows of staying still anymore.
Just buying 7 players does not mean that it’s a good window. Its only a good window of those players come good...remember the Bale money.
As it stands ,marks out of 10 for what I’ve seen I’d give these...
Hojbjerg...9
Reguillon...8
Doherty......7
Hart.....7
Vicinius....7
Bale....6(not fit though)
Rodon.
This looks like a good window to me so far.

Just saw on twitter that before REGGY, our last defender signing was in 2015 (Alderweireld).
