Is he trying to hold one in or push one out or has my color saturation gone wonky on this tablet

Well it's very well known that ENIC/Tottenham owns (and keep buying) land and properties in North London specially near the stadium.

Well I am not sure of the strategy itself because I dunno if Daniel Levy is trying to do a Kroenke which means building a multi-entertainment complex that revolves around the Hotspurs Stadium or he's trying to do a Joe Lewis with his Tavistock Group and building something like Lake Nona.

Pretty sure there are users with more knowledge that can answer that.

If levy can turn N17 into Orlando he deserves knighthood.

As I predicted earlier this year amounts all the furore about us using the furlough scheme, clubs would be having to let people go in the summer.

Arsenal the first.

They’ve got to clear funds for Willian’s shiny three year deal.

Even though we made a dodgy choice at the beginning of the pandemic, the club’s effort to maintain support for its working staff has been great thus far.

I'm far more proud of many of our fanbase for refusing to back down and let them get away with it.

I've no doubt if large parts of the fanbase hadn't piped up he would have done just as bad.

Arsenal's behaviour is reprehensible here. I bet one week of willians wages would have kept most of those people in employment for a year.

Football really is a souless corporate beast isnt it.

For a club like us to furlough staff would have been an abuse of the system, however it's nothing like as bad as a mass redundancy.

From what I understand they're in the consultancy period, I've told my arsenal supporting friends who are disgusted to make a lot of noise and embarrass the club into backing down.

Hopefully this is isolated to just Arsenal (I know this is unlikely), being made redundant during this time would be incredibly stressful.

You just know that Arsenal will find ten's if not hundreds of £million's to fund transfers at least we won't have to worry about our club finding pot loads of money to fund transfers .

Arsenal is laying off staff to fund transfers and the exorbitant agent fees of Kia J. I’d certainly hope we dont sink that low. Our multi billionaire owner should be made to actually invest in the club for once before we lay anybody off.

And yet he could only get 13m for Eriksen and can't get rid of Rose. His stubbornness has cost us a lot.

I'd be willing to engage in a debate about this but you probably used two of the worst examples such is your desperation to prove yourself right.

Knew that post would upset people, no idea why though

If he would sell Eriksen, Rose and Walker in one window for 200m and their replacement cost only 100 there would be another Tottenham riots

And we'd get accused of lacking ambition or the old favourite strengthening our rivals.
