Don't let the scoreline deceive you. Not a 4-0 game. Just the premier league level of finishing between the sides. Harsh on Crawley.

Premier League level of finishing vs. League 1 level of tackling.

Did you watch it or just see the clips? Brighton were just as bad at times. How you let a league one side who sold their whole squad in the summer have more possession at home is pathetic.

Pleased for Orient who beat Millwall last night.

First win of the season after losing all three of their league matches. Hopefully they can kick on from there.

Draw for the 3rd round is a bit different this year. Sides in the Europa and Champions Leagues can't face each other in order to avoid a scheduling conflict - this round is played at the same time as the first European games, which are spread over 2 weeks, so by keeping these sides apart ties can be played on whichever midweek is free.

Therefore, we can't draw City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Villa or United. There will be a pre-draw before the Forest v Newcastle game to decide whether we'll be at home or away, before the main draw after the game where we'll be in a seperate bowl.

Newcastle with a fairly strong XI out this evening, including Tonali starting. Extra time would be nice.

It's wild the calendar is so packed that there was a scenario where they'd have no place to play a cup game.

Guimaraes is an outstanding player.
He would be perfect for our midfield right now.
(Not that we could sign the Newcastle captain)
