Not a great surprise to those of us who'd become very sceptical about the commitment of Adebayor. He really doesn't miss a trick for a nice little earner, does he?

Most likely outcome is trying to get a fee for him in January. Paying him to leave for free is out of the question.

I think the last straw for AVB and the board was the smoking posting.... am sure he gets a heavy fine again.

This season we are short of strikers again if Ade moves out on loan. This uncertainty is wreaking our preparation again...... I think just sell him cheap and we move on.
