Great attitude and seems a fantastic human, just not to the required standard in our setup. I hope he does well as Milan.

Emerson Royal was very unlucky in his time here.

In my opinion he is a very good right back, but here he was asked to play wingback by Conte and inverted by Ange, two things he absolutely can not do.

An unfortunate tactical mismatch here but I expect him to do very well at Milan and I wish him the best. Brilliant character.

Wish him all the best. Always left everything on the pitch and he's really not a bad player at all, just never the right fit for us. Excellent character aswell.

He is missing Brentford; can never fault his effort he was the wrong fit at the wrong time
You have to be truly special to end up there.

And yes, he was a good/decent FB asked to play wing back with extra benefits. His stint as a makeshift CB last season was the most impressive he was in our shirt I think.

Lovely character from the looks of it, nice family and whatever else he always gave his full effort. Wish him nothing but success.

Excellent pro, and a good footballer in his preferred position. Sadly for him it was a position that pretty much doesn't exist in our set-up. He'll be fine, and of course will now win at least one trophy next season, as per the rules of leaving Spurs (no, not you Harry and Eric).

Sky Sports are truly awful when it comes to transfers news, Kaveh Solhekol and Dhamesh Sheth are both appalling.
Them and Alex Crook.

I have absolutely no idea how those grifters got into those positions.

It's like they told someone they know someone and have contacts to transfers so sky just thought "yeah let's run with that" when in reality they get almost zero insight.

I am going to miss him for every reason other than his actual ability to play football. Lovely guy, wish him the absolutely best.

Some good some bad. Didn’t fit the style we played. So right move. Will have to find someone else to tutt about when they give the ball away now.

thanks for your efforts Royal.

Italy is the perfect landing spot for him. I hope he’ll have better luck with managers’ tactics suiting his ability in Milan than he had here. He’s a good player and would thrive in the right setup.
