Personally think the two are The guy from Stoke and the guy from Korea.
I could search their names (Burger and Hyuk) but I am too lazy.
and the possible two more are Eze and/ or Neto

If I were to guess I actually would think that the two would be Eze/Neto and one of the LBs we're linked with. The other two may be targets but might be more realistic/opportunistic closer to the deadline?

I think it's highly likely Eze is one of these. Delay could be Palace wanting the Sarr deal done first to ease the blow for their fans or even something as simple as Eze delaying whilst he is on holiday.

Maybe Spurs have tried to negotiate a fee below the release clause. Save themselves a bit of money.

could also be we negotiated more than the release but it allows installment payments.
