Would Southgate allow him to sign whilst on England duty though? Palace might want it done quickly but surely everyone is tied to how long England stay in the Euros.
I don’t see Southgate having any issues but I’d be surprised if Eze didn’t want to wait until after to decide where he wants to go especially if there are a number of different big clubs in the mix.

He ain’t choosing us if it’s between Chelsea , Arsenal or us lol. We’re die hard Spurs fans in here. Not an elite mid 20s footballer looking for his next move. Won fuck all for 30 years. Be another 30 years until next time. Wankers.

But radu chose us over bayern and bergvall us over barca…. , plus eze seems to be very very chummy with alot of the spurs boys given the big chats a fair few of them seem to have with him after our matches.

granted i think arsenal being involved in it makes the likelihood less but there is still a chance.

I can't imagine that it works the way some people think. WLB said last week that we had received positive signals from the player. Now we get the information that Arsenal and Chelsea are also involved. But do you really think this changes the situation from last week? I think the situation is unchanged. We have to take action. But it won't be the case that the other two clubs haven't expressed their interest in the player long ago. Eze will have already known last week that Arsenal and Chelsea were interested in him. Regardless of what the other two clubs have communicated to Crystal Palace.

And yet every window we have the same proclamations and still manage to buy quality players, it's beyond boring listening to the same gnashing of teeth every single transfer window before we've even done any business.
Yeah we will buy quality players but what he's saying isn't just gnashing of teeth, let's be honest if Chelsea/Arsenal are serious about Eze then we won't get him.

they may hold an interest but aren't going balls out so we end up snagging him but if it's a straight shoot out my money ain't on us that's for sure.

You have absolutely no idea if that will be the case but if you want to be on a downer about the club fire on.

I believe we could gain an advantage over Arsenal and Chelsea by agreeing on terms with Palace before anyone else, ensuring the player becomes mentally committed to joining Spurs. While they could still hijack the transfer at the last minute, it potentially becomes more difficult for them to do so once the player feels he has made up his mind.

They chose us because they wanted to play in the PL, and in Bergvall’s case it’s a better career move for him at this stage.

Anything is possible, but I’d be stunned if he chose us over Arsenal if there are two proper offers on the table.

Yeah maybe we could but we did that with Luis Diaz and it made no odds really.

i am fine with our place in the food chain to be honest we'll end up with who we end up with.

Maybe he hates legoheads face as much as we all do. The thought of seeing that day in day out could be enough to put him off?

Why would i want to be on a downer, you honestly telling me you believe he'll choose use over Arsenal or Chelsea in a straight shoot out?
The only thing I would say is I never expected a player to choose us over Barca, and I never expected a player to choose us over Bayern yet this season here we are. His rep's are tied in heavily with our club and that will make some difference also. While I agree its unlikely, I don't think it's the sure thing some of you are suggesting.

Hopefully we can do the hard yards and convince him but personally i think if we are to sign him it's because Arsenal are trying harder for other targets.

then again i know fuck all so.
