Don't wind me up! You having a laugh? Online or Phone

If your serious could you tell me your secret. Nobody else is watching!
Think about how long you get on the website when it lets you in, think about how many people are likely to queue and you'll find a decent time to start queuing. I see lots saying they try and queue at 10.30. Dreadful move.

Went to the site at 10:15, had to move a meeting starting at 11:30 as still wasn't in, then had to duck out of a midday meeting as managed to get in, got the 9 tickets all sorted by 12;24.

What a faff.

I had two machines, one crashed out and when I refreshed, it took me straight to the ticket selection page. The other was just sitting there with the ring of death! Lucky, I know. The system was still very slow and laggy, in this day and age, I don't know why they can't spin up more servers for the high capacity ticketing events!

Do members need to apply for tickets or will they be able to purchase them online at a certain date if there are any left?

Do members need to apply for tickets or will they be able to purchase them online at a certain date if there are any left?

From the OS:

ONE HOTSPUR BRONZE / LILYWHITE MEMBERS

One Hotspur Bronze / Lilywhite members (i.e. Club Members) will be able to apply for tickets either online or via telephone from 2.00pm on Thursday, March 23, until 5.00pm on Monday, March 27.

Demand from One Hotspur Bronze / Lilywhite members (i.e. Club Members) will outweigh supply, therefore tickets will be allocated according to loyalty points. Applications can be submitted online in the usual way that away match tickets are applied for. Strictly one ticket per membership can be applied for. As we are unable to predict how many tickets will be available at each price to members, tickets will be allocated in best available order to successful applicants.

Please note you will need your Client Reference Number when making your application as well as the Client Reference Number for any other One Hotspur Bronze or Lilywhite members that you wish to sit near or with. This number can be found on your One Hotspur Membership card.

Should you elect to apply for a ticket as a group, each person's total number of loyalty points will be considered separately. For example if five supporters apply as a group to sit together and the minimum number of loyalty points required was 100 and one person has 90, that person would be unsuccessful.

We would like to remind all Bronze / Lilywhite members that at this stage, they are submitting an application for the match. You are able to submit an application at any time during the application period so please consider this if channels are busy in the early stages of the application period. Your chances of being successful in the allocation process for tickets will not be affected by when you submit your application during the application period.

Postal applications from One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite members WILL NOT be accepted for this match.

The result of the members’ allocation process will be announced by 5pm on Wednesday, March 29, with emails being sent to successful members within 24 hours of the ballot being completed.

For Bronze and Lilywhite it will go to ballot based on loyalty points just like the Cat A games this season. Applications can start from 1400 tomorrow.

As of right now;

Nothing lower row wise than 25 on the sides and 15 behind the goal.

There would be absolute uproar if they had so don't hold your breath...

Plenty were annoyed they held back seats for Lilywhite members for the Millwall game after Bronze members had bought them in areas they didn't want so we'll see.
