Off topic, but apparently Konoplyanka's club want 12m for him, that's peanuts for a player of his caliber. I think he'd be a awesome addition

Oh well plenty of other fish in the sea.

Cant think of many more LB in the PL? how about Rojo of Sporting Lisbon the Argentinian that made the world cup all star team. Only thing with teams in Portugal is those bloody buy out clauses

Don't worry about a striker and a left back- the signing of another central midfielder will solve all our problems

To be honest the lack of incomings could be a blessing in disguise. PL experience or not I have a feeling (or maybe its a fools hope) that Liverpool will end up facing the same problem we did last season with the influx of new players. We may have deficiencies in the squad but alternatively we're no worse off than we were last season. Chances are it might even be a good thing if we keep our squad relatively unchanged as that puts more responsibility on the players we have currently. Could work in our favor or could also go horribly wrong. I'd rather look at the glass half full at this point.

I am so looking forward to next season, and i am being sarcastic.

would rather spend to improve our first tram than adding another squad member.

Remy is cheap however is he better than Ade and an inform bobby.

Meh-both good players but plenty of other players of a similar quality out there IMO

would be a good addition that's for sure....and according to SS the spammers have just had a 9.5mil off rejected ,they want the full 12 mil.
He looked decent against us ....but not as much as his hype though, but still 12mil ....worth a shot IMHO

Hate to say it but looking at the track record of any former eastern block players playing over here I'd be inclined to not waste 12m.
There's a reason why west ham are the only club over here who appear to be going after him...

scroll back to last Jan it was Liverpool that was after him and apparently us ....but they didn't want to sell in that window and if I recall the reports were about 11mil bid from pool.....

But I know what your saying ....but for a player of his skill and age etc.....that fee is a dam good deal.
Would just hate to see him go to the spammers ...have a cracking season and see us bidding 20mil for him lol .

Since when has a player from the spammers ever cost 20 mil? Is that even possible?
