Ps Posted last Monday in reply to the Dortmund story.

Mikey has already signed a pro contract with us until 30 June 2026. That will be officially announced when he turns 17 in early August. So Dortmund would have to agree a fee with Spurs rather than simply approaching the player.
Don't know about football terms, but in basic English law terms, my very limited understanding is:

A minor (under 18) can sign a contract.

However, any contract signed by a minor is voidable any time before their 18th birthday

He got 1st team minutes towards the end of the season, he ain't going anywhere.

I think that's also in FIFA regs about minors , so things could change.

Maybe I’m a grumpy old man, but I find it very distasteful that “Journalists” with large followings create/fuel speculation around the futures of players who are not yet even able to sign a professional contract because they’re so young
