Tottenham Hotspur are seriously considering whether to attempt to win the race for Patrick Dorgu despite Hotspur Way recruitment chiefs facing significant competition for the Lecce star.

With Udogie and Davies out, we have no left backs, so someone has to come in. Paratici time.

Talking about a loan back until the end of season which doesn’t help us now

We could pay the money and loan Reguillon to them for the rest of the season , obviously with a wage supplement.

I have no idea about left backs across Europe but we keep being linked with this lad so there must be an interest at some level.

Provided he would want to go

I can’t see how it hurts him as he is free to do whatever he wants in the summer , it just gets him playing games.
Saying that we would never do it but I’d love to be positive about some left backs across competition coming in.

Needed to sign him in summer, as always we are now scrambling and as always I doubt we do what is needed anyway even now we are in panic stations.

Is he any good?
Only seen him a few times this year, he’s mostly played right wing, only LB about twice I think, scored a few goals, but imo would be great competition for Udogie and could offer cover at LB and RW mate but tbh it’s so hard to call if any signing will actually be a success at spurs or not.

Serie A is my main other league of speciality as i mentioned previously as i have some Italian family so keep a close eye on it but its hard to predict signings.

I said Bentancur would be class and I was 50-50 on Kulu when we signed him but I said both could do with a fresh start leaving Juve.

I really thought West Ham had signed the next Zlatan in Scamacca and I was so jealous but he didn’t really work out, so you just never know but on paper Dorgu would be a great signing, hopefully Paratici can still pull some strings.

Id also like us to look at ait-nouri but doubt he’ll want to be a rotation player

Cheers for that.

I’ve never seen him play but we keep being linked so there must be something in this.

So despite Udogie now being out for 2 months, you can bet your arse that Levy will spend every last minute of this transfer window haggling with Lecce in order to save himself 50p rather than just getting this deal done now and doing the right thing for the squad and his manager ahead of some important games this month.

Guaranteed.

Any idea why he's been played at RW so much this season, after being a LB / LWB until recently? Injuries at RW perhaps?
