Rivas or not, you can’t do anything but admire their performances, work rate, togetherness, creativity and defensive solidarity. They’re at team that we need to aspire to be.
Have you been drinking?. It’s Friday and Saturday nights for the intoxicated posts.

Which is basically code for, play well boys but bah Gawd don't let that lego headed carpet bonced fuck get his grubby mitts on the PL trophy.
If I could read his mind and he was actually thinking this I’d give him a life long contract and statue. Unlikely, though.

Have we all forgot the victory celebrations from ars and Chelsea fans when we drew 2-2 at the bridge to hand Leicester the title.

We’ve had months to get our shit together and turn up on the big occasions - don’t you fucking dare turn up tonight Tottenham when the only club this will benefit is Arsenal

Of course he wants to win the game, but like i said before he hasn't had the displeasure of growing up alongside those wankpuffins from Islington/Woolwich his whole life so i can forgive him.

If we win and arsenal win the title, it will be because of us... We can remind them at every given opportunity, reflect in their glory. It's the only way I can come to terms with it. If we lose and they don't win the title, it's because of us, again, we can remind them...

Weird logic, but it works for me....

But, yes I want us to win. Let the onus switch to the West ham game, what do they think, are they pro arsenal??

i don't want to be reminding them that they won the title at all.

No West Ham fans are saying lose 10-0 to help City's goal difference

Yeah, same. I’ve got no problem with him or the players wanting to win as they don’t really give a shit about the fans.

In fact, while I don’t not like how Ange has responded to this divide what would’ve been really refreshing would be if he had said something like

“look, what the fans have to remember, mate, is that me and the players don’t give 2 shits about the fans or the history or the rivalry or anything like that. We’re professionals paid a very large amount of money to win football matches. Fans can’t expect me or the players to breach that professionalism especially when we have no emotional ties to this club”

That would’ve been truthful.

It's going to be one strange atmosphere tonight if the fans at the stadium are as split as the fans on here lol

I'm in the yes camp, but genuinely fascinated at how it will play out at the ground.

I want Spurs to win, they are my team.
Maybe you should have had a sub question are you going to be in the stadium tonight, because if not your opinion will have no bearing on the atmosphere tonight

I’m fine! No way absolutely want Gooners winning PL

Yep. One time we have to take a defeat on the chin and it is tonight. I want us to win every match but not when doing so benefits someone else....and especially them!

I'd also say, every fan of other clubs I have spoken to cant stand the thought of that lot winning the league.

I want us to get beat. I know the professional thing is for a win, but, I tell you the amount of stick and big billy bollocks will make my piss steam. If there was any real chance of champions league, maybe my feelings might change. I personally think a season in Europa league will tend us better. Fucking blue moon and all that .

I love Spurs and I always want them to win. I don't hate any of our rivals. Tribalism just isn't for me. I admire players like Saka or managers like Wenger because of their talent and their achievements and the excitement and passion they bring to the game, in the same way I admire Hoddle and Gascoigne and Pochettino. Life's too short to waste it hating people. because they're different from you.
