First away trip for me and my boy today! Surprised him with the news this morning and he is now busy making a VDV poster! Despite all the ups and downs as a spurs fan, a father and son moment like this is what football is really about! COYS!!!

Really hope the club feel Odebert is fit enough to start today. Thought he looked sharp in his very brief cameo on Thursday. Would love to see him and Johnson speeding up the wings with Moore coming on second half.

Watch for those Ultras. Keep safe.

Richarlison could also be an option on the left side, he played out there loads for Everton (and much better on that side compared to playing on the right flank).

It’s a possibility, but I don’t think he’s that good there personally. His main attribute is what he does in the box

But we’re managing his minutes as much as Odobert’s.

It's highly likely going to be Werner starting on the left if Odobert isn't fit to start and Moore's games are being managed.

I'd start Maddison left with Sarr and Bissouma in the middle. Win the midfield battle and let Maddison, Kulusevski, Johnson and Solanke roam a bit and do their thing.

Nearly always seems to be a tight game at Selhurst and they've been drawing or only losing by the odd goal so far this season. Expect it to be much the same today. COYS.

Should be a comfortable win against this lot, anything else would be pretty disappointing.
Mate it’s a premier league away game. I’d take a scrappy 0-1 with a goal deflected off the ref’s arse right now, as I would for any PL away game.

Palace are in poor form but have some good players and our away form has been generally poor in the league for a year.

I feel like this thread is some form of group therapy for people who are fed up with Timo.

Let’s play Mikey (ignoring everything Ange has ever said about managing his game time and thinking he will start him 3 days after he got 87 mins)
Let’s play Richy (was cramping after 65 minutes yesterday in his first game back after a couple of months out)
Let’s play Odobert (only just returned to training so is behind Richy in his return timetable, played 5 mins yesterday)

The only possible alternative to Timo that would make sense from a purely fitness perspective is Maddison. Anything else and you’re just ignoring reality IMO

Really hope the club feel Odebert is fit enough to start today.

I'd be tempted to start Odobert on the left with Son out. Give him 60 mins.

Richarlison could also be an option on the left side, he played out there loads for Everton (and much better on that side compared to playing on the right flank).
Just reposting what I wrote in the team news thread as it’s Groundhog Day in here! I’d be really surprised if any of them start given what ange has said about their minutes and/or recovery timetables

This is a game we need to be winning if we're to start achieving some consistency

Have a feeling theyll start Mateta today so physically we'll need to be at it at the back.

No sloppiness at the back and we'll have too much going forward.

3-1 Spurs.

Solanke, Kulu and Johnson.
