So for some reason (and when it doubt I'll just default to blaming CONMEBOL) there wasn't an outer perimeter set up for ticket holders which is already planned for with this stadium in the World Cup and was used when it hosted the College Football Playoff.

Yep, ridiculous. Here in Argentina we have about three outer perimeters before you get to the stadium. It's not like there's not room for it, with a Formula One track and thousands of car parks.

Switched over to the fox sports feed. The coverage of all the organizational and policing issues has been pathetic. More focus on Messi and what a legend he is than highlighting the real danger people were in.

So many Columbia shirts being worn here in NYC, not so many Argentina which is a bit of a surprise.

Even Brazil had that all organized very well.

How have they not been able to get that right?

Premier sports just showing a replay of Argentina Canada. Then again, they don't have anyone on the ground there.
Just heard the host say " The good news is soccer is alive and well in the United States" fuck me

Conmebol is a disaster. Dont demand full control of a tournament held in a country you dont know. When the US ran the show last copa in the US, it was fine.

Walking around last week in Florida and today in NY, I’ve heard as much Spanish spoken as English I think.
I spent a summer in Miami and started to feel bad about my lack of Spanish.
