We don’t need three at the back. Take Wanyama off, put Dier in midfield and bring on another attacker. That should do it.

Quite a shit half really.

Wanyama just needs to be replaced, the guy looks like he's too unfit to be on a football pitch, like his body hasn't got enough blood in it to supply both his brain and his legs.

KWP is conservative to the point of being useless. Every time he gets forward he slows play down, waits to get doubled up on and then plays it back. He's rarely tried to go past his man early and on the rare occasion he did was chopped down.

The front three are completely out of sync. Lucas and Parrott have either stood on top of eachother or moved out for the same ball too often. Dele hasn't been too bad but for some bizarre reason is a hate figure for the Colchester fans. Hoping he scores and does a lap with his middle finger up at them.

Is it just me or do we always overload with CBs / CDMs in games like this and realize in the second half its absolutely pointless.

If this doesn't sum up how bad our squad is nothing will. We literally have no decent wide players and as usual have no actual tactics. Sick of watching poch teams aimless pass the ball backwards and sideways. No idea what the players do on none match days as it isn't work on movement and moving the ball quickly.

Pretty terrible to watch thus far which was to be expected with the lineup. Need to bring on an attacker at half. Annoying that these are the perfect games for Lo Celso and Sessegnon to get acclimated.
Whatever line up we play, we should be able to play fluid, decent football. Or is that too much to hope for, even against Colchester lol

Well seems wanyama is not only finished at premiership level, but league 2 level also. Skip and Parrot are far away from the first team, Dele hopefully is getting some fitness if not anything else. Our most dangerous player is Moura.

So we're playing a 343 sort of formation?
Got to say that with the players out there, I don't really understand that.

Nowadays we look like what I imagine would happen if I was manager. Choose 11 players and let them at it with no discernible tactics whatsoever.

People overreacting a bit here IMO. Not surprising given the results lately.

We've made 10 changes and been completely dominant. Yes, its vs Colchester and yes, we haven't scored, but you can only play the team in front of you. It's not like players look like they can't be bothered either.

Movement not been fast enough and too many balls played behind the man, or not even to one of our men!

Even when we do get it wide and attack we slow it down and come back inside!

Colchester looked absolutely spent already after about 35 minutes.
One sub of son or Lamela will end it

Its not that bad. Colchester have set up to stop any midfield passing and are looking for a break. Usual resolute defending.

Dele is just rusty. Moura, hes a better striker than an AM imo.

Dier looks ok, considering hes been out a while.

Parrot hasn't had much of the ball. 2 opportunities spring to Mind but he was surrounded by opposition. Am needs to work the space better.

Just need to sort the attacking off the ball movement. It's still a bit static.

But really, it isn't doom and gloom. Not yet anyway!

The hate for Dele is far to much I think, he’s had a stop start year, let him put a run of games together before you judge him the boy is quality.
Also I don’t get why Eriksen didn’t start considering he’s probably on the bench again this weekend

I get what your saying but we are playing a league 2 side and rarely look like scoring. Every game watching us is a tough watch recently. Just lack shape and ideas. Just seem to have a squad of centre midfield clones.

Our movement has been shocking since Feb. I don't understand wtf we do in training.
