Having just dived to get our player sent off, rudiger was surrounded by conservatively 15k people loudly booing him. I was never sure how he could differentiate being booing and monkey chants, unless someone was making gestures, which clearly there's no sign of.

But what kind of climate is it where an accusation of racism gets twice as much media coverage as an instance of actual racism at the same match?
I'm refering to the Chelsea fan who WAS actually charged.
Most people you speak to aren't even aware Chelsea had an incident, only that we might have. Swept that under the carpet.
There is, and has been for a long while, an agenda against Spurs in the media. The TV and tabloid time given to Baddiel over our Yid chants, ignoring the history and reasoning behind it whilst ignoring for years the antisemitic hissing and Hitler songs sung by opposition fans (anyone remember headlines calling out Chelsea and West Ham fans each season when they did it?). Now they have been given a vehicle to sully our name further with zero risk and grabbed it with both hands, ignoring the Chelsea fan ACTUALLY found guilty of the offence.

My Brother is convinced that both media and Premier league are antisemitic, a view I never really shared, but it's very hard to ignore when you see them go so hard at us whilst the repeat offenders get away with it time and time again.

Yes I know Chelsea have had some offenders nicked, but they get very little censure in relation to the quantity of offences committed, likewise West Ham.

I can't Express enough how happy I am that we have effectively been exonerated by the law, the trouble is the media haven't made any effort to redress their witch hunt and will not. We have been trialled and found guilty by the media because they want us to be guilty. I'll bet my house that the first sniff they get to hang, draw and quarter us again they'll be over it like a rash.

As for Rudiger, I'm not so inclined to think he was "mistaken," particularly as this is the 2nd time he's been "mistaken" when making a serious accusation of this nature. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

I for one do not hide from saying that if I had to guess, I'd say it was all just a game to him, no pun intended. It would be very sad, I think, if somebody would opt for pulling the racism card as if it is a trick one can go around playing on one's opponents.

Yeah, there’s absolutely no reason at all for black players to feel paranoid when they hear crowd vitriol directed to them in the current climate, is there? No reason at all...

I feel sorry for Rudiger. He had exactly the same thing happen to him in 2017 against Roma and the authorities could ‘find no evidence’. Clearly an anti-Rudiger agenda here by the PL, the FA and UEFA. The poor guy.

How badly is he melting down over this? Fuck a duck. He's doubled down twice, he went hard on the Sunday after the game and he's going again, now.

That's fucking embarrassing.

The thing that annoys me the most about this is that he doesn’t give a shit about the truth, he just wants to be right. He’s nailed his colours to the mast and is too proud to admit he jumped the gun.

An apparent tweet by Holt In 2011 has resurfaced tonight which if true, makes him look twattishly naive at best and a shit stirring racist at worst.

He asks if being called a ‘black ****’ is racist and that a ‘black player’ he spoke to doesn’t think it is because there was no use of the n word etc.........

No idea if it’s real or not. Difficult to tell with anything nowadays.

Lots of people retweeting it so it probably is real.
