Yes it's tough to read and indeed a sad time for the club, because of the love we had for Poch.

But, honestly, when was the last time you looked forward to us playing, constantly changing the team/formation. We have lost our identity and unfortunately with the best squad we have had still won nothing. As much as it pains me, this is the right decision. He built everything around working hard, enthusiasm, running that extra mile..... this has completely disappeared and for some time now. I still can't comprehend dropping Lucas for the final. That one decision will stick with me as one of the worst calls by a manager.

Let's hope we have a plan in place and someone lined up to come in soon and if we do, i hope, i really hope Levy understands their expectations financially and gives it to them to build a team to contend.
