Looking at the PL table right now- given that we play Leicester and this could turn our fortunes around would you take this scenario.

City win the CL this year and we scrape 5th to get the extra CL spot?

We could get two wins over the next 10 days and be right up there.
Wolves and Sheffield need to drop point in one of their final three games (three wins each is a big ask) then we will finish above both of them.
Leicester- if we win against them, then they must win their final game of the season, which the way they are dropping right now and I wouldn't put it past them screwing it up.

The way we are grinding out results I can see us getting our two wins- just the sticking point of City winning the CL- I'm not sure what I feel about this. Europa could be a better bet but we can still dream.
What do you think?

There'll be no extra CL spot. That only happens when the team that wins the CL finishes outside the top 4.

The Tottenham Hotspur Champions League Miracle Checklist:

  1. Leicester City (H) lose to Sheffield United
  2. Manchester United (A) lose to Crystal Palace
  3. Tottenham (H) beat Leicester City
  4. Manchester United (A) lose to West Ham
  5. Tottenham (A) beat Crystal Palace
  6. Leicester City (H) draw Manchester United
  7. Sheffield United (H) draw / lose to Everton OR Sheffield United (A) draw / lose to Southampton
  8. Wolves (H) draw / lose to Crystal Palace OR Wolves (A) draw / lose to Chelsea
Throw that all into a parlay and not only will you have the chance of watching Tottenham on a Wednesday night next season, but you will also be rich.

If that were to happen it would nullify all our past "spursy" moments.

It's too late in my opinion, the season start was too costly. Probably would have made it if we'd changed manager a month earlier. But we're close which shows we should be positive about next season.
