That isn't in doubt at all, but the football at times was woeful for a PL team playing perhaps the poorest MLS team. No one should expect an avalanche of goals but i was at the United, Roma game and that was a true game played at a mile high altitude with some incisive passing, and attacking play from both sides. That game too was a preseason.

?? For our third pre season game ... And changing teams every half during pre season games. Do you really expect attacking cohesion ? Especially when poch has rightly been trying different attackers to try things and see how they mesh
And it doesn't matter that they are an MLS team they are a professional team that are all
Match fit and mid way through a season so they have match fitness.
The goals we wanted were achieved.
Gain match fitness
No injuries
Give everyone a run out
Start to Gel to a new system
And don't lose * although pre season games don't matter too much in this regard *
If you wanted and expected more than this then in confused

I know pre season is for fitness, sharpness and getting use to a new system and philosophy. However the idea is to improve every game and this was a lowering of standards from many of the players.

If players are not showing awareness to play the right through ball, track runners, cannot beat the first man with a cross or are sloppy with simple passes, headers out of defense etc... Then I am concerned..

Look at Man utd players they were all desperate to impress van gaal even in 30 degree heat. I didnt see the same focus and desire from some of our guys yesterday.

To be winners you maintain high standards at all times which sadly Spurs is not known for.
