Ndombele is generally good with the ball but his off-the ball work is way below par for a PL midfielder.

That's easier to improve on then vision, technique etc, so I'm still confident he'll come a really good player. Problem is that right now with the available players and this tactical setup he becomes a bit of a passenger.

It’s mainly fitness and attitude but it’s very worrying that 2/3 through the season he is still so unfit

Groundhog day

Play back 3,ineffective change to a back 4

We don't train with a back 3,we don't have the players for that system, ffs don't want to see it again.

Think we need to give it another 15 minutes. It's not like they are carving us open. If still 1-0 then go 4-3-3

still getting beat on 50-50 balls and a complete lack of cohesion/control in the center of the pitch. we need Lamela's energy

The worse thing is Jose knew exactly their formation was going to be and actually planned for this shit show.

Lucas is really a luxury player for us at the moment. Not sure how he is helping us other than thinking out of nowhere he could have scored some worldies. But when is the question..

Every **** can beat Chelsea at home except us. We always make these ****s look better than they are.

I hate that we never perform in these games
Bloody Lampard picks this match to decide it might be a good idea to start Giroud. Typical.

Exactly this. It's the basics. Chelsea are fitter and more aggressive than us. Our players do not look interested.
Dont think it is lack of interest it is just that physically we are not as fast as strong or as sharp.. I just dont understand why because it seems to be the case every game.. The coaching is not good enough

Who was it that said Moura’s second touch is always a slide tackle. Bang on.
Hes woeful defensively as well, just let's his man run off him, got lucky with it a couple of times that half when they got in behind due to his half arsed covering

Not to worried as some of you are about Ndombele, I am worried about the lack of movement that we are displaying, at times we move the ball with such fluidity at other times it's like "The simple pass" escapes us

We're losing, so it doesnt make any more sense to maintain this 541. If we come out 2nd half still playing this formation, i seriously do not know what to fuckin say.

Reminds me of when we used to go to Old Trafford with just Defoe up top and we kept playing long balls...

You can't take Moura off, the guy is one of two players who even have a chance of scoring from open play. I'd swap winks for Skipp to get someone filling the chasm in midfield
