Quiet pint in my Irish village local in a bit, with a few more 'elderly' Spurs supporters....no doubt dipping into memories before the big game. So I thought I'd wear my 'retro' Spurs shirt just to add a touch of nostalgia to the day. I love the badge design COYS !!

How often do you get them? How long do they usually last? I had them for donkey's years, completely 100% the worst pain ever and totally knocked me out for anything from 1/2 hour up to half a day. They say getting cold helps sometimes. Try taking a cold shower if you can.

This is no good for today but if you're getting proper full-blown migraine get down to the doctor and ask for Pizotifen and take a couple of days off work while they start to take effect.

The liverpool fan zone is an open square with a stage. for sure it is packed and noisy. There is no shade and it looks like they are getting baked and deep fried in sweat all at the same time

The aerial shots of the Spurs zone look less dramatic, but then in our zone we seem to have been give a huge marquee tent. So a big number of Spurs are in the shade of the giant tent. There is a dj and at times it looks like our lot are having an Ibiza style all dayer

I’m feeling like I’ve never felt before a game before.

I know that even if we lose, this is a HUGE step on the way to greater things for us. I’m 100% certain we’ll be back and we’re going to see the most successful Spurs side in our lives. So even if we lose, this is a step on the road to glory.

But if we win...I dare not think about it.
