No that’s not what I am saying at all, just that in laws of the game it says that you do not have to stop the game to dismiss immediately if it would deny clear goal scoring opportunity.
In case of mental psycho of course you would stop game.

He wasn't available because he didn't want to leave and Ajax only wanted to sell 3.

Hence him signing a new contract which as someone said earlier means no release clause.

If he had a release clause then what does it matter what Ajax wanted?

That might be the case but I'd be surprised if he would have rejected the advances of any top team in England/Spain or possibly someone like Bayern. If we wanted him, we'd have got him in my opinion
